Contact Bluzen Digital

We would love to hear from readers of Bluzen Digital. Whether you have a question about an article, spotted something that needs correcting, or would like to suggest a topic for a future guide, you are welcome to get in touch with us through the options below.

How to reach Bluzen Digital

At the moment, the easiest way to contact us is to leave a comment on the article your question relates to. Comments are read, and they are answered where an answer will help other readers too. Please keep comments polite and on topic, and do not include personal details such as your home address or phone number in a public comment.

A contact form will be added to this page soon. Until then, comments on our articles are the best way to reach the team behind the site.

What Bluzen Digital writes about

Bluzen Digital is a technology blog. We cover artificial intelligence, gadgets, software and apps, and practical how-to guides, with the occasional look at the wider technology news of the moment. If you are wondering whether your topic fits, have a look at the categories at the top of the page — Artificial Intelligence, Gadgets, Software & Apps, How-To Guides and Tech News. If your idea fits one of those, it is probably a good suggestion.

We also have an About page that explains what the site is for and how we choose what to write.

Before you write

A few things that may help:

  • If your question is about a specific article, please mention the article title and the step you got stuck on — it makes it much easier to give you a useful answer.
  • If something on the site is not working for you, please say which page you were on and what happened. A screenshot helps, if you can take one.
  • If you would like us to cover a topic, tell us what you would like the guide to explain — the more specific you are, the better the guide will be.

What happens after you write

Comments are read regularly and answered on the article itself, so that other readers with the same question can find the answer too. We cannot promise a personal reply to every comment, but we do read all of them, and suggestions for new topics are noted for future guides.

If you need an urgent answer about your device or account, the best place to look is the help pages of the company that made it — they will have the details we cannot. And if you are reporting a problem with a specific page on Bluzen Digital, the page address and a short description of what you expected to happen are all we need to look into it.

Common questions

Can I ask for help with my own device? Yes — in the comments of the guide that is closest to your problem. Tell us the device, what you were trying to do, and where it went wrong. We answer where we can, and where the answer will help other readers too, but we cannot offer one-to-one technical support.

Can I suggest a topic for a guide? Please do. The best suggestions name the job you are trying to get done — for example, “how do I back up my photos” — rather than a product name. That is how most of our guides start.

Do you accept products to review? No. Bluzen Digital writes about tools and devices in general terms and does not accept products, payment or free items in exchange for coverage. If we ever do test a product ourselves, we will say so plainly in the article.
